Backyard Bend Wedding
Here are some photos of a beautiful Backyard Wedding from last year. Being a wedding Photographer in Bend, Oregon, you get to photograph some amazing DIY weddings. This one was pretty much perfect.
Emma and Parker’s Backyard Wedding
Emma and Parker had their dream wedding in a beautiful backyard in Bend, Oregon. The setting was stunning. Parker’s grandparents’ property had amazing mountain views and a charming barn. It was the perfect spot for a summer day. They were even blessed with an incredible sunset that added magic to the evening.
The day was planned beautifully by Abby from Neon Toast. She worked closely with the planner to make every detail shine. The decorations and setup turned the backyard into a true wedding wonderland. The joy of the couple and their guests was evident.
Food and drinks were provided by White Pepper. They served delicious dishes that everyone enjoyed. For dessert, Foxtail Bakeshop created sweet treats that delighted the guests. Music brought the celebration alive. The Summer Groove Band played lively tunes, and the lovely sounds of violinist Janet Gesme added a special touch.
Every detail completed the scene. Wild Poppy provided stunning floral arrangements that added color and life. Hair and makeup were beautifully done by Heather from Central Oregon Bridal Beauty, making Emma look radiant. Rentals came from Central Event Rentals and Curated, ensuring everything looked perfect.
The couple’s love was truly captured. The talented photographer, Ely Roberts, took amazing photos that told the story of the day. Each shot highlighted the beauty of the venue and the emotion of the moment. The videographer, Micah Reimer Films, was there to capture every moving moment. Guests also enjoyed a photobooth by Joymatic, where they created fun memories.
Emma wore a beautiful dress from Bespoke Bride that complemented the lovely setting. Invitations were handled through Zola, making everything easy for guests. A friend, Dan, officiated the ceremony, adding a personal touch to the vows exchanged.
This backyard wedding in Bend was filled with love, laughter, and beautiful moments. It blended nature with the heartfelt spirit of the celebration. Every detail came together perfectly. It was a day to remember, full of joy and happiness for everyone involved. Emma and Parker truly created an unforgettable experience.

Amanda and RJ’s Backyard Bend Wedding
Amanda and RJ were married in September, during the peak of fire season. Bend was covered in smoke but that didn’t stop them from celebrating one of the best days of their lives. The smoke created some soft light which allowed for amazing portraits.
They turned their friend’s backyard into an amazing wedding venue for the day. Their family barbecued tri-tip brought in a dance floor and created a wonderful setting to celebrate with their guests. We also brought the Beerstream to keep their beer cold, which was complemented by the Bend VW Photo Bus.
Weddings like this one have to be some of my favorites to photograph, where every detail had been carefully thought out and planned by the bride and groom.

Backyard Bend, Oregon Wedding Photographer
Devyn and Cody planned the ultimate Backyard Wedding here in Bend, Oregon. I had the best time being their wedding photographer. Their ceremony and reception were held at Cody’s parents’ private ranch house. The brought in El Sancho (Bend’s best taco bar), Bend VW Photo Bus, and plenty of cold beer.
