Oregon Adventure Elopement

Broken Top Backpacking Elopement

If you are wondering where to Elope in Oregon, this is one amazing location. Broken Top Mountian is one hour drive from Bend, followed by an hour-long hike.

Jen and Aaron traveled out from the East Coast to elope in the Oregon Cascades. After a week of backpacking, they met up with Amanda and me to share their vows. They were lucky enough to secure a permit a week prior, Thanks to Amanda, so we were able to take the short hike from the Broken Top Trailhead.

Overnight Backpacking Elopement

Callie and Johnathan planned to hike to Broken Top Mountian to share their elopement with some of their closest friends. They started with a rugged drive up a mountain in their Subaru. Once they reached the trailhead, they packed up some wine, beer, dinner and then started their hike up the mountain. The hike only took about an hour and we reached the top just as the sun hit the peak. The rest you can check out yourself. I’ll include more info about how and when to hike Broken top below.
