Winter Oregon Elopement Locations
I have been an Oregon winter Elopement Photographer since I moved to Bend. Since arriving in Bend I have met dozen of couples that are in love and want to share their vows in the great outdoors. From the mountains to forest-surrounded lakes or waterfalls, Oregon has thousands of amazing locations.
2019 October Engagement Session
Natalie and Danny were looking to take some post-wedding portraits, so we headed up Tumalo Mountian to catch the sunrise. This particular hike takes about an hour from the Dutchman Flat parking lot to the top. Once you reach the peak you have a clear view of Mt Bachelor, Broken Top Crater, and South Sister.

Sparks Lake in the Winter
Sparks Lake is generally accessible between the months of June and November until the main road is covered in snow. These photos were taken the day before the road closed on November 11th. For the rest of the year, you can look into renting a snowmobile ranging from $150 to $280 for 5-10 hours.
Patches and Gill were hoping for some snowy photos up in the mountains and they got their wish. They woke up on November 11th with just over a foot of fresh powder and paved their way to their ceremony site.
