Downtown Portland Engagement

This is an engagement session that spans from Downtown Portland, The International Rose Garden to Cannon Beach

Downtown PDX

I met up with Erica and Mitch Downtown at Stumptown Coffee, one of Portland’s best coffee roasters. We grabbed coffee and headed towards the Burnside bridge for some great city views.

After a quick walkthrough of Chinatown, we made a stop at Voodoo Doughnuts for the best doughnuts in town. I couldn’t pass up the original Voodoo doughnut.

International Rose Test Garden

Next, we head over to Portland’s International Rose Test Garden, where the roses were in full bloom. The rose garden is generally pretty busy, but it is a large enough park to pull off some great portraits.

Cannon Beach

From Downtown Portland, we headed to Cannon Beach for a beer and lunch at Pelican Brewing. We enjoyed some lunch while we waited out the rain.

We lucked out and the rain cleared just as we arrived at the beach near Haystack Rock. Rain or sunshine Cannon Beach is always amazing.
